Once a windowless three-story bank building, redevelopment of the Inn on Fifth was completely transformative for the now-lively downtown Naples avenue. In 1997, GCCC utilized the bank structure on 5th Ave., adding a second structure behind to create an 87-room boutique hotel with a suspended pool on level 2. While it’s original theme was Mediterranean, the Inn on Fifth has since modernized, becoming a focal point of Naples, where it remains under the operating branch of Gulf Coast Commercial. The hotel houses two iconic 250-seat restaurants
and 3,000 sq.ft of commercial space.
