The Residences at 5th & 5th is a 3-story mixed use building located just four blocks from the beach, in downtown Naples. The building was completed late 2018, and represents an extraordinary engineering accomplishment for Naples, as the first to construct a parking garage below the ground level, and therefore within the water-table.
